Welcome! We’re so happy you’re here!

Family Caregivers need better solutions, now more than ever.

Yellow flowers bloom in the foreground while a blurry background hints at a caregiver pushing someone in a wheelchair.

The seeds of silence surrounding caregiving, aging, and dying were planted generations ago. It’s time to tend to our collective garden.

We are family caregivers, too. Our work is to co-create family caregiver solutions — to sow new ideas and conversations about caring for our loved ones on a foundation of caregiver wellness.

Whether you are just beginning your family caregiving journey, or are already deep into your support role, we have some great ideas to help.

You are worthy of as much love, attention, and support as your care recipient. Sometimes, that is easier said than done. We are here to walk beside you.

We invite you to explore the blog, access our resources, download our FREE Tools, and subscribe to our FREE newsletter. Every element of this site will be selected to empower family caregivers so you can banish burnout.

This framework is our guide and shapes how our work will unfold.

Four colorful circles representing mind, body, spirit, and community.

Mind

Our mental health influences how we think, feel and act. Imbalances like those that arrive or increase when caregiving, can be detrimental beyond the impacts to ourselves. Thankfully, it is becoming easier to talk openly about mental health and find support.

Body

Our bodies enable us to move through the world, to work, to play, to love, and to celebrate. When we take care of our bodies, when we feel healthy and strong and not depleted, we can support others in all sorts of ways big and small without over-extending ourselves.

Spirit

The concept of "spirit" varies depending on the context, and it is often the subject of philosophical, religious, and cultural interpretations. By using the word spirit, we seek to embrace all belief systems that nourish the soul. When we step from a wellspring of deep interconnection and purpose, resilience can flourish.

Community

The effects of social isolation can be devastating. The pandemic highlighted what many have taken for granted: as social animals, we gain strength, health, and wisdom from our community. Weaken those bonds, and humans suffer. Strengthening old connections and building new ones is foundational for the work ahead.
