How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. We produce your order on a personalized basis to minimize unnecessary waste. While this approach may take a bit longer, it significantly contributes to our commitment to sustainability.

What if my order doesn’t fit?

Each product features a size chart to assist you in determining the right fit. Sizing is standard for the US, so a woman’s large will translate into a unisex medium for example. In case your piece doesn't suit you, consider gifting your item to someone who would enjoy it. If that is not an option, simply contact us at hello@newcaregiver.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you in finding the correct size. You must return the incorrect item(s) in their original packaging, unwashed, and unworn, and we'll pay the return shipping costs. Upon receiving proof of the return, we'll promptly dispatch the correct size with our standard 7-10 days delivery timeframe.

Why does my order smell like vinegar?

Upon unpacking our products, you might detect a vinegar-like scent. No need for concern – this is the fixation agent utilized to securely bind our eco-friendly ink to the fabric. A straightforward solution is to launder the garment according to the care instructions, and the scent will dissipate (usually after just one wash)!

What if I have a problem with my order?

We want you to be happy with your order! To request a return for an incorrectly ordered item, please email hello@newcaregiver.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll promptly assist you in resolving the issue. If the wrong size was ordered, we'll guide you through the process of returning the incorrect item(s), and we'll pay for the return shipping. Once we receive proof that the return is en route, we'll ship the correct size, and the delivery can be expected within our standard 7-10 days estimate.

For any incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, we'll send replacements at no extra cost, with the shipment arriving in our usual 7-10 business days. It's essential to notify us within 7 business days of your order's arrival and provide visual proof of the problem.
